Account security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt on the server. Account sessions have a limited validity period. Protected application functions validate account sessions on the server, and sign-in requests have server-side rate limiting.
Use a unique password, keep your credentials private and log out on shared devices. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised account access.
Learning and tutoring information
Account-based learning and tutoring tools require sign-in. Learner records, homework, bookings and payment-ledger details are not published on the public company-information pages or listed in the website sitemap.

Report a security issue
Email founder@connexsa.co.za with the affected page or feature, steps to reproduce the issue and its potential impact. Please avoid sending passwords, session tokens or another person's private data.
Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate before publicly disclosing a vulnerability. Do not access, change or extract other users' information when reporting an issue.
